Staff were very customer service oriented.

This hotel was great. Even though it is not Downtown, it is very close to the Underground, which makes traveling throughout Munich very easy and affordable.

Big hotel located really far from the center (7 subway stops), not convenient when getting from the airport by subway (beware: taxi will cost you 55 euros). I arrived early, and they charged me 49 euros for early check-in (something 5-star hotel never done before), had to fix shower myself, and toilet flush didn't work well (water kept running). ...read more

The views, staff and cleanliness are top drawer!
Expensive and slow wired internet. Needs wireless.

This is a great hotel. Starting with the basics, the grounds, public areas, spa and rooms are immaculately maintained. Not a speck of dirt anywhere. Rooms are large and the views of Munich are wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly. This might sound odd but the bathrooms are really something. They are so well designed in an aesthetic aspect that I found myself wanting to keep looking at it. It's not laid out like a hotel bathroom but like a bathroom one would have in a very nice home.
